This Wednesday night ALL TRAINING has been moved to Blacktown International Sports park for the GWS GIANTS CLUB NIGHT.

All players and Auskickers are encourage to attend this great night. We would like all players from all teams to attend wearing your club colours – ITS A GREAT NIGHT!!

No training sessions will be held at Dukes Oval

Dear Junior Club Member,

I am writing to invite you to attend the exclusive GWS Giants Club Night for 2015. This event is for junior club players and their families and a great night on the football calendar.

All clubs have been informed of the event and have been requested to move all training for next week to this event in order to ensure all participants are able to attend the event to meet GIANTS players and participate in skills clinics

The GWS GIANTS Club Night involves junior clubs from across the Greater Western Sydney Region coming together to experience a carnival of games, fun and activities.

All kids will receive:
• The opportunity to meet GWS GIANTS players
• Autographs & Photo opportunities with GWS GIANTS players
• The opportunity to meet G-Man!
• Participate in fun clinics run by AFL staff
• Auskick through to under 12s will enjoy participating in clinics run by AFL Game Development Staff
• Youth age teams (under 13s – 17s) will train with GWS GIANTS Academy staff
• Chance to win great prizes!
• FREE BBQ for the kids and families to enjoy!!
• There will also be a Coaching Seminar run by GWS GIANTS Coaches for all interested coaches and parents
• There will also be a Parents Lounge available for all parents in the Function Room on Oval 1 to escape the cold weather and watch the on field activities from one of the best views at the oval

Start Time: 5.45pm arrival for a 6pm start

Finish: 7.30pm

Theme: Orange and grey – come down in your best orange and grey!

Under 13’s, Under 14’s, Under 15’s,Under 17’s and Youth Girls (Oval 2)
6:00pm – 7:00pm Coaches Education Seminar conducted by GIANTS Assistant Coaches
6:45pm Onwards BBQ will be operating for kids/families and coaches.
7:00pm – 7:30pm Meet and greet / autographs with the players from the GWS GIANTS (Oval 1)
Kick to Kick with GIANTS Players – (Oval 1)

GWS GIANTS Memberships and Merchandise:

GIANTS memberships and 2015 merchandise will be available for purchase at the event.

Parking:

To help you manage your car parking, we recommend that you park in the areas marked as P2, P3 & P4 on the map below. This should ensure you arrive on time, hassle free ready to enjoy a great event. These areas are accessed by entering at the main entry to Blacktown International Sportspark (at the traffic lights) off Eastern Road, Rooty Hill.
